App Store Purchases: Apps purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the terms and refund policies of those respective platforms. We do not process refunds for App Store transactions directly.
Direct Subscriptions: For subscriptions purchased directly through our website (via Stripe) or Substack, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Roman Digital Solutions LLC. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Roman Digital Solutions LLC.
In no event shall Roman Digital Solutions LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
